About the Creator

Head of Technology at Corporate LinX, hands-on software architect and creator of cCoder. Paul works across architecture, delivery and operations, connecting technical choices to business consequences.

Expertise built across the whole lifecycle

Paul has 27 years of commercial C# and .NET experience and two decades building cloud applications. His work spans application and data architecture, Azure migration, platform rebuilds, systems integration, engineering standards, operational support, audit readiness and the practical work of helping teams deliver.

At Corporate LinX he progressed into the Head of Technology role and became the senior technical point of accountability between engineering and the CEO. He remains hands-on because credible leadership depends on understanding how the system behaves, where risk accumulates and what a proposed change will demand in production.

Values visible in the decisions

Protect the business outcome first. During an incident, restore the essential service and protect affected people before optimising the technical response.

Build the factual picture. Bring together the people who know each part of the process, follow evidence and resist the comfort of the first plausible answer.

Leave the system stronger. A repair is incomplete without root-cause understanding, regression coverage and better detection or operational guidance.

Create clarity that others can use. Architecture should help engineers and decision-makers act with confidence. It should not depend on the architect remaining the only person who understands it.

Rebuilding a B2B financial-services platform

A business-critical platform needed new commercial capability, reliable integration and a stronger cloud operating model. Paul held technical accountability across its rebuild, Azure migration, architecture, delivery practice, operations and audit readiness.

Protecting supplier payments through failure

An obscure transaction-path defect threatened a supply-chain-finance payment process. The response protected supplier payment first, then established root cause, added regression coverage and strengthened detection around the failure path.

Making AI exploration inspectable

For a US legal-education publisher, Paul developed prototypes around content ingestion, audiobook workflows and assessment concepts—turning broad possibilities into working approaches without overstating their production maturity.

Why cCoder exists

cCoder is a place to develop architectural ideas in working software. The platform provides a real codebase in which principles can be tested against APIs, persistence, background services, deployment and maintenance.

Architectural method

A practical adoption of The Standard across a family of .NET domain systems.
